The platform offers a free, immediate, no-obligation simulation tool providing an indicative amount, duration and monthly payment. Users may then choose to submit a financing application to one or more partner lenders. COSMOS FINANCE S.R.L. acts as an intermediary and does not itself grant any credit.
4. Indicative nature of simulations
Amounts, rates (APR), durations and monthly payments shown during the simulation are provided for information purposes only. They do not constitute a firm loan offer and may be adjusted by the partner lender following a full review of the application and the applicant's creditworthiness.
5. No guarantee of approval
Submitting an application through the platform does not guarantee acceptance. Each application is subject to the sole discretion of the partner lending institution, in particular based on the applicant's creditworthiness.
6. Eligibility and user obligations
Users represent that they are of legal age, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when applying. Any false statement is the sole responsibility of its author and may result in the application being rejected.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer credit regulations, borrowers have a 14 calendar-day withdrawal period from the signing of the credit offer, without having to provide a reason or bear any penalty.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the platform is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the site's footer.
9. Intellectual property
The platform's content (text, visuals, structure, code) remains the exclusive property of COSMOS FINANCE S.R.L. or its partners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
10. Liability
COSMOS FINANCE S.R.L. cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the website, temporary service interruption, or the final decision of a partner lender.
11. Changes to these Terms
